SPECIFICATIONS FOR PROKAT HOUSES
PROKAT HOUSES: TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS OF ANTISEISMIC CONSTRUCTIONS MADE OF CONCRETE AND IRON PERMITTED BY THE ENVIRONMENT`S DEPARTMENT
They consist of concrete girders step 0,50 cm, Tseler type and UPN 160 steel around the base. The reinforcement of the beams will be with steel Φ14mm which are welded on the perimeter frame. On the upper part of the beams will be placed wire mesh T -196 of 100X100mm which will then be welded the perimeter frame and the stringers. The total thickness of the floor is 18 cm and is covered with ceramic tiles.
2. WALLS AND CEILING D200:
They are made of reinforced high strength concrete C 20/25 reinforced on both sides with wire mesh Φ8/12.5 horizontally and Φ10/25 vertically. Stringers with a step of 50cm and double reinforced with Φ14. Around the wall is placed a metal frame UPN 80 on which is being welded the reinforcement of the wall. The insulation thickness is 12cm (expanded polystyrene, blue color, unburned, self-extinguishing with K -22 and lp 0.036) placed between the stringers and the grids . The concrete covers both surfaces of the wall capturing the insulation material and the reinforcement of construction and has a thickness from 4cm to 8 cm with a corrugated form on both sides. The construction achieves elasticity behavior during transport and earthquakes. Total wall thickness 20cm.
The walls are plastered with three layers of coatings (1st layer: spraying mortar, 2nd layer: Plaster thick, 3rd layer: fine marble sand plaster. The interior walls will be painted inside with plastic eco paint and externally on wall with elastomeric insulating of vertical surfaces. The roof has an extra layer of insulation, 4 cm thick and an extra layer of concrete.
3. ELECTRICAL INSTALLATION:
Includes piping , cables, electric panel, sockets and switches. All these materials are approved by the specifications of E.L.O.T. The switches are made in accordance to the regulations of the FSA and our customer wishes. It contains a electricpanel “Moeller” and switches “Legrand”. Electrical installations will go outside the prefabrication or in the lightwell if it is required by the plans.
4. PLUMBING INSTALLATION:
The hydraulic installation of drinking water will be made of copper pipe covered in plastic outward, while the drains of plastic pipes. The hydraulic system will consist of a sink, toilet and a bathtub or a shower. The plumbing will go outside of prefabrication or in the lightwell if it is required by the plans.
